Pros

There are several pros to a Career with Giddens Nation. I'll list my top 5, in no particular order. 1. Job Security - If you do your job ethically, morally, and well. You will be compensated for a long time, Not just while your working but for decades afterwards through residual income. 2. Culture- I've had several jobs, but nothing comes close to the attitude, excitement, and productive environment that Giddens Nation has. From company trips to daily, weekly, and monthly contests the energy is always high and the majority of people here are having a great time! 3. Income- I have consistently made more money year after year since starting with this company and that is a direct result of hard work, coachability, grit, and tenure. 4. Schedule- I'm able to vacation when I want, show up when I want, leave when I want and most importantly work when I want. My goals are large so I work alot, but this is my choice, if I'm okay with making less I can work less. Age old saying "You can't have a Million dollar dream with a Minimum wage work ethic." 5. Personal Growth- I started at this company as a young immature but determined young man. I have grown into a patient, dedicated and still determined adult with my years at this company. You don't only grow professionally here.

Cons

Being here as long as I have there are some cons that I have seen and have heard of. 1. Starting you will most likely work harder than you ever had. If you have never been in this industry, coming in with the mindset that, "This will be easy." ...is ludicrous. When you first start, you must develop your skills in and out of the office. 2. Most people lack sticktoitiveness. I've seen several people who have all the potential in the world not make it based on their inability to have a good attitude and mindset geared towards learning. 3. You have to make hard decisions and sacrifices. No one WANTS to wake up early and practice and stay up late practicing but if you intend to be great you have to practice in private to be successful. It truly is a non-negotiable. 4. Finally, the culture that I love so much might not be for everyone. If you are not into a lively excited motivated group of individuals this most likely won't be your cup of tea.

Pros

High energy environment, people with a positive mindset, great training, company provides all clients/leads, working with private groups like unions & government associations, great technology, entrepreneurial style role, opportunity for growth quickly, residual income, great pay, great benefits, flexibility to work remote

Cons

This is not a clock-in, clock-out style of job and if you are looking for that you won’t like it. It is a great position for people who are overachievers, desire to be successful, & are willing to put in more work for more money.
