Pros
Pre-acquisition, Pomeroy was on a great upswing, signing deals with Blue Chip and Fortune 500 clients left and right. The culture was budding into something truly desirable, and opportunities were available.
Cons
Post-acquisition, being a US based employee means you are effectively expendable. Laughable "Path to a New Tomorrow" initiative that in practice means "no one can see more than 10 days ahead of them but it's bound to get better!" Cutting operations and service delivery teams staff across the US and re-homing to South Carolina or California while building absolutely ZERO redundant systems with the global organization outside of HR and Sales. Making up related transition plans as they go along jeopardizing not only the well-being of the employees but also the clients who rely on these teams. No transparency - yet most of us hear we're losing our jobs through the grapevine weeks in advance of any official announcement. Bottom line, Executive Leadership is woefully lacking, both in the US and abroad.
