Unique culture is often mentioned as one of their accomplishments. However, that culture so to speak is one where lack of respect, communication does not exist. No real direction in company's goals, as upper "management" work as silos. CEO and President don't see eye-to-eye, both working separately and definitely have their own interests and not the employees as a priority. Most upper management are always traveling and unavailable to respond to phone calls, emails and request for their input regarding projects.
