Nepotism, favoritism, no room for growth

Average pay, favoritism and some employees do as they want with no repercussions.

Favoritism to the max, training does not support what you will learn on the floor,

Favoritism in upper management. To opportunity to grow even if you have the experience.

Too much favoritism and nepotism.

Poor management. No training. Rude. Favoritism. Fires people for no reason like people missing for funerals and things.

This company’s blatant favoritism is incredibly frustrating. Minority employees are allowed to get away with anything, while everyone else is held to unreasonable standards. This creates a toxic and unfair work environment where hard work goes unnoticed unless you’re part of the favored group. Management turns a blind eye to the double standards, leading to resentment and low morale among the staff. Fairness and equality should be a priority, but unfortunately, they’re nowhere to be found here. Avoid this place if you expect to be treated equally and with respect.

Lack of communication from higher up. Expect you to do a job without training and proper communication to all individuals. Favoritism
