      Work remote. Does not micromanage while in collaboration.

      Cons

      1. Unreasonable productivity. 2. QA-Ding stupid little things. 3. Meetings doesn’t send an overall email of discussion. 4. When there is update or changes should send an email out at least it’s in writing. 5. Qa ding and incorrect and doing what you told still get ding. 6. The lowest PTO ever!!!!! 7. It will be nice how our productivity is break down since have fill out our downtime but yet productivity is low. can send it individually.
