Toxic management and family ties hinder performance reviews

Family business Incompetent family member in high ranks Manage you like you're in school Organize events during working hours and then employees have to OT to finish their work See doc but never take MC = deduct your MC leave because i want to claim doctor receipt. Saw the doc over the weekends and I turned up for work the next day btw. 1 incompetent person oversee everything (operations, HR etc) , imagine what happens during performance review (2 way performance review), anonymous but is it really ? Was told Sat halfday will be for urgent matters, usually nothing much on a sat, Guess who is organizing training on saturdays ? Got a whole lecture about promotion when i refuse to wear company's uniform. I am a office staff btw.
