      Most of the peers are friendly

      Cons

      Poor infrastructure and no solid business plan. Wasting time for meeting with no direction. The top management’s head in the cloud. Not open minded for changes and expert voice. Unless you’re Italian, non equal benefits from person to person. Terrible career path, poor salary and bonus. Do not recommend anyone work for this company
