The technology is interesting and promising. It's in an exciting area that should be growing.
Cons
It's a lifestyle company for the founder, an ego trip. No benefits offered (no vacation, four holidays paid a year, no health benefits). Company changes direction daily and has layoffs of pretty much everyone frequently until the next grant comes in.
