Great team culture overshadowed by toxic management

Friendly Teams, Opened a new Gaming room for de-stressing, encouraging pin pong and yoga time to help de-stress, snack bars are alwasy restocked and good, love the friendly atmosphere and flexible hours, aslong as you show up fro all the meetings you can basically set your schedule, even if that means going in at 5am

Cons

Terrible Management, the higher the management the more toxic, sexist, and they definitely discriminate, the engineers and team is amazing but the managers are toxic - i only knew a few that were top tier and healthy managers.
