      Toxic work environment, many departments have little or no defined work processes, management is lethargic, no loyalty to employees

      If you do not work in or have dependence on HR for your job, then you may get a good position

      Cons

      HR full of people who just worked their way up without degrees. Talks a good game about process improvement, but always falls back on "this is the way it has always been" However, if you like HR the way it was done in the early 90s, this may be the place for you. Crappy wages and benefits too.

      Decent parking. Gym. Discounted movie tickets.

      Cons

      NASSCO-Norfolk management is out of control and losing control. The culture is based on fear and hostility. Bullying is rampant and dysfunctional behavior is throughout. I'm just not confident about the longevity or viability of this company.
