      Pros

      Office staff are friendly, that's the only pro.

      Cons

      Where do I even start? Improper managment. Does not look like a real American company at all. Like to use cheap stuff, from cheap material to cheap labor, that how they get their revenue. Bonus and salary increase? forget about it. They will try everything to prove that you are not "worth" it.

      Further career develoment is limited. Some positions could be with overwhelming workload.
