The President Mr.Robert Grant insisted that I stay on the phone with him rather than taking care of customers in the store." He is more important than them. And don't EVER try to end a call to take care of customers!" Don't take care of or communicate with there employees. Just want business. They down their own product and expect customers to trust them. No business accumen. Don't believe in marketing or promotion of any type. Will back stab their employees as well as their customers.
