Pros

Team work, busy, 4 days work, 10 hours per day

Cons

Pushing a lot, only one 15min break paid, 30 min unpaid but work 6 to 4 sometimes overtime, paid is same as normal hour

Pros

- great team spirit and energy - always keen to train new supervisors (which equals more pay) - free gelato on shift ( fun new flavours to try each week) - weekly pay - generous employee discount when purchasing merch etc

Cons

- can be physically taxing during a long shift, but no more so than working in a bar or restaurant. - in the summer it gets very busy so be prepared for a line out the door. However shifts go very quickly when its busy so this can be a positive.
