      Parking and friendships which you can develop with the team.

      I was thinking about this review for some time. Firstly the company sell itself very well, but once you really get the taste of the micromangement which is enforced ! it is really difficult to breathe and work. I was part of the managment and they truly have a trust issues across the company. I have been lied about their visions and sadly all the amazing new brains have left the company. I feel the company thinking especially the UK Market is 20 years behind. NOT FLEXIBLE, even they said they are... employees are truly sad.
