      - Montreal/Quebec City team performs way better than Toronto - Awarded few significant projects at the same time

      Cons

      - Leader in Canada has no authority to make the decision, has to go through Hong Kong HQ which spend a lot of unnecessary time to process - No salary adjustment in past 3-4 years - Hate to see the operation is shutting down
