Pros
Company makes really nice furniture and accessories, staff get discount.
Cons
No company culture, office was silent and talking was frowned upon as the boss likes silence so people just sat with headphones in. Kitchen was vile, toilets were disgusting. People were rude. No proper training plan for staff.
