Pros
Great coworkers, everyone generally gets along and helps each other out. Get to be exposed to a variety of wet chemistry tests. Free lunches everyday.
Cons
Management is not very organized nor communicative. Management also will throw you under the bus if needed. Pay is low and there is not much room for growth and movement within the company. High turn over rate as a result.

It's a great place to learn for college students looking for lab experience. The work is very independent once you know what you're doing. Theres free lunch every day, and its overall a good place to work.
Cons
The pay could be better, this is one of the reasons people leave the company so often.
