For HR ppl: Firstly stand on the words which you say while recruiting.. Firstly they say that they would be paying 1.2 lac for 3 months and then 1.8 during probation and after conforming probation 2.4, nothing is fulfilled. If we question them they ask us do you have any proof for that. Suggestion for joinees: Ask them what ever they say on paper, otherwise don't accept. They do sweet talks to make you join. No knowledge about emerging technologies. Very worst work culture. Many of the people are womanizers. No cab facility, very very worst night shift allowance(150/-). Office got shifted to nanakram guda recently which is very far from basic facilities. Its like a god forsaken place. Higher management is completely dual tongued. In-efficient Project Managers. Work is done based on politics, not as per policies. No encouragement for techincal people. No technical projects at all. There is only 1 project on Linux and 2 on windows. Both are only monitoring projects, nothing to learn apart from sitting and staring at the screen. Working environment is like a school. Project Manager watches the CCTV footage and send mails saying how much time ur at desk and how much time you are taking breaks. Intake managers want to turn the company into a BPO. All the current clients are cutting business. They say its a CMMI level 5 company, but nothing as per standards. Very worst housekeeping department, They have cut down the amount of food and even stopped providing tissues saying its for cost cutting. No proper employee allowances.
