Getting up at 5 in the morning for a 2 hour shift just to get slagged by the shop staff for no reason

Trusted to work alone, some shop staff are nice.

Cons

Not given proper equipment or materials. Treated like dirt by higher ups, shop staff and customers. Limited amount of time to get everything done. Useless clocking in app (that has to be downloaded onto your own personal phone) that barely works and affects your pay. Lack of training and communication from area manager and above, which is then made out to be your fault. Just awful. Overall very demoralising, I’m not surprised that all other cleaning operatives are miserable.

The store where I am based (TK Maxx Bury) is within an easy walking distance, also the working hours are quite suitable.

Cons

Terrible management, lack of cleaning equipment, no assistance when required, frequent underpayment.
