Micromanagement Champions!

Where do I start? Micromanagement champions: when you talk on a phone, people will report you to HR; when you walk in a lobby, MD will be annoyed, because it's big NO NO to walk in a lobby if you aren't a client; no smoking outside smoking hours; 5S inspection of your work desks, super annoying; no headphones while you do your job, listening to music is a terrible sin, you get oral warning for that; you can't drink coffee when you want because pantry has a timelock, and coffee machine is in pantry; you are monitored with indoor CCTV cameras! Next, work conditions: extremely low number of annual leave days, no resources when you need them for a project, it's easier to climb Mount Everest that to get the support you need to carry the project, no bonuses, no health insurance coverage for your dependents, when having a medical problem you are expected to work because your superior doesn't understand/doesn't want to understand medical opinion from certified medical doctor. Conclusion: very toxic environment - run away as fast as you can!
