Shouldn’t even get 1 star. Management is very biased and treats staff unfairly. Staff are forced to work even on Sundays. The boss gets commission, but staff don’t get anything even though we’re the ones handling the room sales. They even threaten to deduct our salary and never approve staff claims. Working here is extremely stressful — it can drive you crazy.
24hours call from tenant, even on my off day. Higher position can enjoy the company income, staff the one who suffer. Management also threatens employees by counting it as unpaid leave just because they didn’t update the room status — even though staff come to work every day. No OT, fix allowance. Scam company.
