bossy and arrogant managers! lots of favoritisms though.. not a high paying company. some lead hands are not cooperative and acts like a manager

Low pay rate compared with most of other.. companies, specially for forklift operators, only one break in eight hours, they force you to work overtime all 7 days of the week when I it's busy, especially in summer time when everyone wants to do things with their families, no bonus, not much pay raises

Not a good supervisor staff.

The company went thru 3 GM's in 8 mos. 5 supervisors between two shifts within 10 mos. The 8 point policy is very unfair if you are late to work or from lunch 1min you could receive 1/2 a point. Of course its at the supervisors descresion and if you are not a former staples employee or a supervisor favorite you can expect to receive a point. I say if you are not a former staples employee because most of management came from staples.

This place is heavy on favoritism. You kiss the higher ups, you get a supervisor position. So glad the location closed down.
