      There are many design projects and wages are very competitive compared to other traditional Chinese OEMs.

      With access to the design resources of the brands within the Geely Group, the project has better manufacturing and engineering teams relative to other Chinese brands.

      Cons

      Overtime is very serious, and the voice in design is lower compared to the engineering team and marketing department.
