Toxic upper management and east coast manager The upper management will deliberately increase the work load and goals , raise expectations, so that the employee doesn’t hit targets, in order to push them out of the company. They have done this with several members of management team. The HR department is unresponsive and does not care about your quality of life or any issues that may have arisen.

Lack of professionalism by senior management. Overall toxic work environment. Consistent lack of respect for employees and customers. No HR in the US.

- Horribly toxic work environment. - Regional management pushes their employees to the point of breaking, and then brags about it thinking it’s good to push employees over the edge to make money. - Regional Management does not align with the values of the company. If employees are not putting their blood sweat and tears into this deadend retail job, your job will be on the line. - Extremely high turnover due to regional management firing anyone they don’t like, and people get sick of being treated like crap so they quit. - Absolutely no room for growth unless you want to become a store manager - Pay is lower than most designer/ luxury spaces.
