Pros

Pro's were the staff from Copenhagen who were all knowledgeable and professional.

Cons

Lack of professionalism by senior management. Overall toxic work environment. Consistent lack of respect for employees and customers. No HR in the US.

Pros

- Copenhagen team is extremely knowledgable. You will learn from them. US team not so much. - Working here ultimately helped me get a much better job, although I wouldn't recommend doing it for this reason.

Cons

- Extremely leadership + senior management. They seemed to love to gossip about employees. Even interns. - Never felt like I was a part of a 'team' - always felt very on my own. - Almost opportunity for growth -- very roles are very limiting.

Great company, the product is lovely. Love what the company stands for.

Cons

Senior management has no skills in managing or professionalism. If the company would replace them GANNI would be a wonderful place to work at.
