      Lots of autonomy and trust from top management. My ideas are heard and actioned. I feel seen by my colleagues and boss.

      Cons

      Working with european teams can be difficult at times and there are many functions that only exist in the Copenhagen HQ vs. in our local office.

      Toxic work environment Arrogant and unprofessional senior mgt. who mock each other and expect employees to be available 24/7 No communication from management No inspirational leadership All about cost cutting while top management don’t walk the talk
