      1. good for freshers as interview process is easy 2. get to learn most technologies and work 3. very friendly seniors and helps juniors alot

      Cons

      1. 3 months notice period if you take leaves during it will extends 2. for some employees it becomes toxic as they expect to do work of 2 people from employee
