      Horrible experience. Horrible model. Pro? Money was good before the bottom dropped out.

      Wages, benefits weren't bad, GREAT teams to work with. Wonderful work life balance.

      Due to bad leadership and greed, the company closed without notice in June 2023.

      I was exposed to a variety of technologies and had the opportunity to work with some talented colleagues. The technical aspects of the job were often engaging and provided a good platform for skill development.

      Cons

      Despite the technical opportunities, the experience was marred by management issues. There was a noticeable lack of clear communication and direction, leading to wasted effort and a frustrating work environment. Decision-making often seemed disjointed, affecting project timelines and team morale
