      Great Compay to Understand the Branding Industry

      Pros

      FutureBrand is under a Big name - IPG, one of the biggest global communication group. It has a solid methodology of doing projects and the quality of work is a benchmark in the industry.

      Cons

      Lacks of Mentor system. Sometimes I need to figure out things by myself. And if you are not determined to stay in the branding industry for a long time, you may need to consider since FutureBrand's business is quite fucosed on only branding

      Destined for failure

      Pros

      The coffee bar on the 3rd floor is pretty awesome, but since it belongs to another company does that really count?

      Cons

      The politics and know it all attitudes are bad enough, but the conniving and backstabbing and scratching in the dirt for nothing makes this place miserable. Designers who are out of control, management that is inattentive at best, and strategists who truly believe that they are smarter than anyone who has ever lived make this place unbearable. HR doesn't lift a finger when abuse is reported, leadership can't make decisions, and management is just abusive in its pursuit of the status quo.
