1- Poor HR (There is only one person in HR who takes care of many things. You won't get response to your emails, or calls on time. Whenever you call her/him, (s)he will say, "Uhh I was looking at your email now!". Whatever you ask or suggest, (s)he will find an excuse or a reason to reject that. The department almost does't know anything about immigration policy) 2- No future or career opportunity (As long as you code stuff nobody cares if it is lousy or efficient coding. You don't need to learn or apply any new tools or ways or technics to your work. This is like working as a civil servant or government employee. Just stereotype things every time.) 3- Lack of Management, Communication, Stingy and Frustrating Managers (For starters they promise many things and talk about how amazing the company is. After a while things change. They don't pay attention your request event they made a promise (Such as Sponsorship, Increasing Salary, Better Benefits etc). Moreover my manager was not able to remember my name even though I worked for them almost two years.) 4- Unrighteous Salary (As I said They don't care how good your work is or how much effort you put. Someone watching HBO whole day was getting paid much more that I was.) 5- Not a Global Company (They are not Fortune Company. Their business is going down.) 6- Low Compensation (They pay low compared to industry.) 7- Quality of employees is going down. After I emailed my resignation email to the managers, they didn't even respond that. In fact a simple "Thank You" would be enough! TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.
