Pros

Nothing as such to share.

Cons

Many cons are there: 1) Company owner are racist and don't value their employee. One of their oldest employee left few years back because they don't value employee. 2)People don't know who is who. As in like when you work you know who is owner, who is CEO, who is director etc. Here most of the people know owner or their immediate boss. 3)They will as you to work on National Holiday or festival will give you Compensatory Offs but there are many if and buts before you use it. 4) Appraisal cycle is like eclipses. Comes once in many years. 5)Working environment is like saas bahu serial. Fill with full time drama and plotting by people and management.

Pros

There are no pros here.

Cons

- Micro management by the person handling operations in India, who is actually a recruiter and some HR. - No appraisal. - No ethics and values. - Bosses are entitled as if doing you a favour by giving the job which is apparently 'remote'. - No value addition to skills and professional growth, basically a dark hole - If you want to attain your dignity then look someplace else.

Pros

Nothing that can be thought of.

Cons

Arrogant owner. Highly unprofessional company and higher management. Employer is baised and believes in not rewarding or acknowledging employees effort or contribution. No management in India.
