Nothing. There was no reason to even waste your time interviewing for this exploitative part time job.
Cons
They expect to provide cheap services to their clients while paying the content creators and designers less than standard wages. The owner said he'd give the designers $100 for every $1000 "website" he hoped to dupe some cheap business owner into paying him. No thanks. Hard pass.
