      Beginner friendly working environment. Good for fresh graduates. Have OT pay.

      Cons

      Low salary and bonus. Need to OT when necessary. Regularly need to present at meetings. Even if nothing to present, have to find worthless information and force to present. Some defects are not easy to categorise.
