And they speak very politely and try to motivate in the manner they speak, and this is not a product company and there are no inhouse project they earn money from outsourcing it's like a manpower consultancy

Pls don't join, this is one of the waste company. they will not give good pay and willn't treat as a human only. they don't have morals. they need money.

Cons

I felt very bad when i spoke with management. they demotivate us to not to ask high salary as well as not to ask hike. cheap mentality.

Hi, you would have joined the organisation after carefully looking into your offer letter, we do not understand why you say that, we do not give good pay. Also as per your comments, you worked for less than a year and we do not understand the concept of asking for a raise in salary within an year of joining the organisation.
