      Easy to get hired, but pay and hours are inconsistent

      Pros

      Mass recruiters, getting a job here is no big deal. Pay is above avg compared to other companies of same level

      Cons

      Overtime hours, need to finish the work, then leave, and no overtime pay for extra hours. Will call you on Sundays occasionally and pay comes untimely, sometimes in the first week, sometimes third

      Good Training Experience but Poor Support and Salary Transparency

      Pros

      Initial training experience is good and the team behaves professionally during onboarding. The work environment seems positive at the beginning and processes are explained clearly.

      Cons

      After training, there is very little support from seniors or management. Even for small mistakes, management reacts strongly instead of helping employees improve. The biggest issue is salary transparency—there is a significant difference (almost 50%) between the salary mentioned in the job description and the actual in-hand salary. Communication from seniors is poor when help is needed
