- The senior team has no real leadership experience, so it’s hard to see where the company is actually going. There’s basically no real management. Feels like we’re floating sometimes.
- The board or advsiors ? No idea what they even do.
- Zero room to grow unless someone quits or leaves the leadership team.
- You learn a lot because you’re left to figure everything out yourself, but that’s also the problem. And pay is alright for the flexibility.
