      Pros

      Staff committees are a great way to work with people outside of your immediate office. Wonderful benefits including health, dental and vision for dependents, 401K, professional development opportunities, technology classes and wellness activities all available for free.

      Cons

      Enjoy your job because it's what you will do FOREVER. Once you hit the end of the Administrative Analyst level, you're stuck. Good luck getting a management position. Severe cronyism. Very little support of staff by Vice Presidents. Stingy with salary - never got a raise in 10 years, only a furlough.

      Pros

      Most of the people who work here, are passionate about their jobs and what they do. The managers just seem to be passionate about advancing themselves and their good "buddies".

      Cons

      If you perform a credible job, they will either not promote you because they don't want to replace you, or fire you because you threaten the less talented.
