Quite a toxic reporting managers with equally toxic work environment. Micromanagement is in their blood, you will never be at mental peace in this organization. Lots of favoritism as well as discrimination They have hire and fire policy ,so there is literally no job security. Since this is a startup, you are expected to work around 10-12 hours daily and most of the times on weekend also. They don't give any OT pay, other benefits for this. They are expert in exploiting employees. Senior management lacks vision, and mostly a bunch of arrogant and rude people. Lack of transparency from HR department, they are not helpful at all.

(1) - Horrible and disrespect, traumatically unprofessional environment. (2) - Just show your commitment to buttering, then only you will be recognised and get good appraisal. There is no value of talent and skills in this organization. (3) - No proper induction, training and mentorship for new joiners, you will be left on your own. They don't even have proper documentation on how to rampup new joiners. (4) - Highly egoistic reporting manages, highly unplanned/unorganized management from top to bottom. (5) - CEO is quite arrogant and rude and his behaviour reflects immaturity. He has created a toxic company culture. (6) - HR department is worst of all.They do not act rationally, ever. There is always some stupid rule / policy that is being modified to even more stupider one.
