      Well-balanced with opportunities for both independent work and collaboration. Remote work for desktop investigations. Comprehensive onboarding, along with ongoing training in additional investigation types for those interested. Strong emphasis on mental health and maintaining a healthy work/life balance. Clear opportunities for career advancement. Consistent year-over-year growth within the department. Competitive health insurance benefits.

      More reflective of the industry than the company itself: insurance investigations are not highly paid roles, despite some common misconceptions.

      • Company culture is top notch! Frasco has core values that are instituted in everything that they do creating a great working culture for employees • Excellent work-life balance & flexibility with employees • Management communication is consistent and concise. I always feel up to date with changes or performance feedback • Career growth opportunities • Performance based merit increases. If you put in the hard work and effort, you are recognized by both HR and your manager

      Cons

      Honestly, none that I can think of at this time. This is a growing organization and with that comes necessary changes which can sometimes be challenging. Frasco does a great job as an organization in communicating updates with employees so that we are informed as changes are made. I also feel as though Frasco leadership is always open to hearing from team members and providing appropriate solutions based on individual needs.
