1. Technically passionated core team that reverberates its energy to the whole company. 2. Motivation and Freedom to explore and research in new technologies 3. Flat hierarchy with complete transparency where the deserved is directly acknowledged . 4. Great Work-Life balance 5. Every individual gets an equal opportunity to fully involve himself in the team they work for. 6. Unlike a buzzing IT park, the office location is quite calm and peaceful, where you can feel like home.

Cons

1. Slightly far from the city. 2. Pantry / Kitchen has very limited supplies, but still the filter-coffee we get the evening is first-class (Personal Favourite).

1. Strong technical people in company 2. Place where I transformed from IBMI admin to front end developer 3. Good seniors who will help you all the time 4. You will get suprise gifts as appreciation 5. Thrusday sessions will help to learn about new technologies 6. No need worry about salary and health insurance, you will get it on time 7. U can learn a lot from senior people and few juniors too who were too good Mostly importantly no Dress code which personally favourite
