Very well structured. Great people and well balanced work/life. One of the leading vfx studios in the world with multiple locations.
Cons
Work can be hard sometimes, Tight deadlines but not too often. They want quality and can be difficult to get shots approved. Main con is they are in London, very expensive.
The HOD at the time is one of the best there is, and the projects are always exciting. In an industry with harsh hours, Framestore treats their employee better than most. The bar can be low for our industry, but I've never felt bad about working there. They value growth of the artist and hard work. It's not where you are but what you can become in a few years if they trust you.
Cons
Framestore suffers like what you hear commonly from most things in the VFX field, but I feel they like they try to manage their employees wellbeing more than other VFX houses.
