Working at FourScore is like working on an amazing concept with your family, or your best friends. Everyone is so friendly, excited about the technology and products being created, as well as having an enjoyable time together.
I feel (even as a remote employee) that I am truly privileged to be a part of the FourScore team. I am able to have fun with my colleagues, have amazing discussions about possibilities with tech, and sharing knowledge.
The CEO and management, are some of the kindest people you will ever meet. I can say for a fact that the CEO of FourScore is one of the most impressive people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He is compassionate, driven, ensures that everything is happening for the better of the company, and at the same time ensures that his employee's are happy and healthy. His expectations are clear, and you can talk to him like he's one of your closest friends. Not to mention, the most important part - he listens! No arguing of "I know best because i'm in charge". He is absolutely open to any and all feedback. He will reach out just to have a discussion around an idea, and is completely fine with you telling him to pound sand if it makes no sense. :)
I could not recommend this company more. I love this family, the passion for the product being created, and being lucky enough to learn even more everyday about different aspects of starting, growing, and being a successful individual, as well as a company as a whole.
