I have worked at Four for almost 3 years now and have always been encouraged to reach my potential. There are multiple ways that you can develop your career and push yourself, whether in billings or becoming a mentor / leader. Options to work out of the Bolton office or Manchester City Centre / a combination of the two.

Cons

It's not the easiest job and there are times which can be challenging. You need to be passionate for what you do to become successful but that is across the board in recruitment.
