      Pros

      They let you work remotely from home and they allowed me to keep 3 monitors and a docking station as it was more expensive for them to ship it back and let me keep the hardware

      Cons

      They overload you with work and don't compensate you. They place is literally a revolving door with new hires because of it. If they would have just paid me 10-15 dollars an hour more. I might not have been so overwhelmed with my personal life and would have been more driven to close more tickets and to want to stay there.

      pay is good but other than that forget it

      Small office mentality ....Zero training.... I was the the third AM in less than 6 months. I saw the producer have a meltdown and screamed at the AE for no reason ... avoid avoid avoid
