      Pros

      Relaxed office culture, flexible (or lack of) policies make it OK to wing it as you go. Management team favors a human touch.

      Cons

      Still process oriented despite attempts at restructuring. Prone to half-hearted decisions due to trying to please too many parties and attempting to fix to many problems at once.

      Great company to work for that make you feel welcome to the family. Fossil hire some great people and would highly recommend working for them if you are considering career growth and a challenge.

      Internal restructuring and staff disappear out of nowhere.
