Very poor insurance coverage for products, pay is month delayed. Once you leave and they owe you commission they will not pay you. Disorganized structure, still trying to figure it out. Have decent products but insurance won't cover them because they are outrageously priced, don't blame the insurance companies. Regionals try to micromanage because company isn't bringing in revenue fast enough because of insurance declining coverage. Lots of turnover in sales reps. They have started hiring more W2 reps so they don't care about 1099's anymore. Don't know how they are going to make a living promoting just their few products that don't get covered.
