      Pros

      Leadership that cares, team members that are awesome to work with, vendors that perform at the top of their game, clientele that are first class.

      Cons

      Company operations are 24/7, which leads to non-standard office hours. Company leadership attempts to ameliorate this with each employee as much as possible.

      Challenging and interesting work for entry level Fascinating perspective on high net worth individuals Fancy offices and a strong sense of being “in”

      Cons

      Leadership has a tendency to be narcissistic or passive yes-men Lack of diversity Authoritarian environment and management styles Tough hours, limited vacation/holidays and little empathy from senior management Unnecessarily short staffed for what is demanded

      It’s a job. Cool office I guess.

      Cons

      Borderline, potentially abusive practices. Leadership preaches one thing to the outside but inside is a different story. Don’t fall for it. Plenty of great companies out there that treat clients and employees well (and offer benefits)
