      Pros

      There is opportunity to learn and build skills as tradesman.

      Cons

      This is a startup that is surrounded by union and heavily established trades groups and companies that already have processes ironed out. There were many missing processes and leaders of those processes so things werent as smooth as they could be. There was also missing experienced professionals in the back office that coudnt connect with what the field needed or how it should have run.

      Excellent company culture. Hybrid workplace.

      Cons

      Maximum raise per year is 3%. Lack of structure, expertise, and follow-through. Very high rates of turnover.

      Laid back environment is about it

      Cons

      No one really knows what they’re doing, the company completely lacks racial diversity, lack of Structure for jobs, they expect you to do Extra work without compensation and if you don’t do a bunch of free work they will get rid of you
