The executive team has a strong vision to create a work environment that is hard working, celebratory, and a place where you want to work harder because you feel a part of the mission! There is an open door policy when you need assistance. I can always ask for help when needed and management is also open to any and all feedback. There is a ton of humility within the organization and everyone here wants to see the company to continue to scale! We have an amazing product and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for not only myself but as well as the company! Forethought.ai is a great place to work and I highly recommend it!
Cons
We are a start up so if you come from a larger corporation where resources are limitless (ex: marketing material, company is well known if you cold call a company, etc.), please keep in mind that the organization is still growing but the team members are willing to work extra hard to get us the resources we need to succeed and they are working very hard on getting the companies brand out to market.

Location is Noida expressway so difficult to travel with public transport on Weekend ( if required)
