relaxed dress code, good work/life balance (rarely work any overtime)
Cons
management is not effective (always behind closed doors), information to perform tasks doesn't filter down to do your job efficiently, very low pay scale

Upper management is inexperienced with basic business practices and protocol. Lack of communication - important information is not filtered properly in order to do your job efficiently. Salaries are below industry standards No opportunity for career growth
